Is the number 'x' divisible by 24?

1. x is divisible by 6
2. x is divisible by 4

Answers with explanation please

when x=12 then it is not divisible by 24

24=2^3 * 3
if a number is divisible by both 8 and 3 then we can definitely say that the number is divisible by 24.
