The JMET ad came out in the newspapers on August 27th 2008.
JMET exam is for admissions to the management programs at IIT (Bombay, Delhi, Kanpur, Kharagpur, Madras and Roorkee) and at IISc Bangalore.
The exam is on December 9, 2007 between 10:30 and 12:30.
Applications can be made online or offline. Fee for online registration is Rs. 750 and for offline is Rs. 800.
The important dates are as follows:
Commencement of online registrations: September 3, 2007.
Commencement of sale of brochures from GATE offices: September 7, 2007
Last date of issue of forms at GATE offices : October 8, 2007
Last date for submission of data (online) : October 3, 2007
Last date for receipt of completed forms at IIT Kharagpur: October 12, 2007
Exam date: December 9, 2007
